SERVPRO's "1-4-8" Rule!
Picture yourself waking up early in the morning, eager to get your day started and to get your kids to school. You slip on your slippers and proceed down the steps, only before you realize that you are about to step into a massive puddle in your kitchen that was caused by a flood!
What do you do?
Do you call the police, or fire department? Do you start to mop up the floor, or throw towels down to soak up the water?
Each answer may vary, but the result should always be the same: CALL YOUR LOCAL SERVPRO!
Time is of the essence, though, because once water has entered your home, extraction needs to occur as soon as possible!
SERVPRO strictly abides to meeting or exceeding the “1,4,8” rule. Within one hour of receiving a new loss, the client will be contacted by one of our compliance staff to schedule a time for our crew chief to come scope the affected areas.
Within four hours of scheduling, our highly-trained crew will arrive on-site to begin work. After eight hours, all current job information will be processed, uploaded and relayed to client.
Through these efforts, we strive to excel and return any home back to preloss conditions!
